* Kola is referred as a female in mid-episodes of Story English, then, in his later appearances.
** In [[Kolafromspace|his own IP]], Kola was confirmed to be male.
* Like Ellie, Kola changed twice in his 3D appearence.
** In all Story English episodes where Kola appears, he can only bark, but sometimes have a non-anthropomorphic behaviour, and only in 2D. In Hello Carrie, he appears now 3D, and with a mouth
* Kola was believed not to have a mouth, however, in [[Hokey Pokey]], he is confirmed to have a mouth, but is hidden on his coating.
