The blue car driver is a character who nearly ran over a cat with his car.

History[edit | edit source]

Carrie noticed a cat walking on a street, but she noticed a approaching car about to hit it. As Carrie saves it by doing a barrel roll, the car brakes and Carrie lets the cat go.

When the man left the car, Carrie pointed at a speed limit sign set to 30, and the man admitted his mistake before Carrie leaving him with a sigh.
