Delivery Heroes is the second Carriesoft movie. It is produced by Wonsook Kwon, directed by Sungyoon Oh, Chunbaek Lee in the animation, Soyoung Jang, Gyudong Hwang in the music, and Wookseok Jin and Ahrah Cho in the choreography.
Synopsis
The Pang Pang Group chairman seeks to intensify the city’s shopping addiction using the Pang Pang app, triggering a frenzy of real-time mobile shopping with the promise of drone-assisted deliveries within an hour. The chairman goes a step further, instructing his entire company to repurpose life-saving drones as delivery robots. The entire city succumbs to real-time mobile shopping, resulting in a deluge of delivery boxes. No customers venture out, isolating the once bustling marketplace. Pang Pang gains the complete control over the city’s shopping and delivery. 11-year-old CarrieAndFriends and the Alien SuperKola set out to save the city.
Plot
The movie begins with a roof view of some building, then the logo shows up. After it fades away, a bird is seen flying in the background and the camera cuts to it, as it flies by, it gets almost hit by a drone, which is shown to be Ronnie, he then tries to get up but fails to. But then he manages to control himself. After he flies away, a nighttime shot with Carrie, Ellie and Kevin dancing. As they dance, the camera moves with them, At the middle of it, Henry shows up.
It cuts to a daytime top view of Soda City, and it then cuts to a house, and Carrie opens the door, showing a little boy, and she gives him a eletronic toy dinosaur and Carrie. As Carrie leaves, Kola shows up in her backpack. Carrie then gets back to her bicycle as she drives the streets of Soda City, but then she notices a cat. causing Carrie to jump her bicycle. The bicycle then touches a rock, causing Carrie to be unable to control it, but then she gets back to control it.
A young girl then stands next to her house holding a teddy bear, and Carrie gets it. Two women are shown and they greet Carrie and she greets them back, then a boy with a yellow cap is seen next to a door holding a car and Carrie grabs as well. A young girl holding a plush toy shows up, which Kola tries to pick but he ends up flying off Carrie's backpack, causing Kola to fall over. When the girl shows up, Kola turns inanimate, and Carrie picks him up. The girl notices a slight rip on Kola's right hand, which leaves Carrie shocked.
It cuts to a toy store and then it gets inside of it, Carrie's mother puts a bandage on Carrie's leg, and Carrie slightly does a karate move. She requests her mother that Kola should be repaired as well. Carrie's mother puts the inanimate Kola on her desk as she tries to repair him. Kola tries to get sentient again but Carrie restricts him to do so, Kola screams, which leaves Carrie's mother suspicious, Carrie tries to explain it. Carrie's mother tried to impale Kola again with her needle, and Kola screams again. On the third time, he stays quiet. As Carrie's mother leaves, Kola gets up and Carrie notices. Kola notices a partial red string is on him as they giggle. Ronnie then shows up in the door, as Carrie's mother greets him and she lets him in.
